How do I place an order?

Your organization will need to verify your Member ID status to qualify for the fleet incentives offered.  To get started, click below.

What is required to place an order?

For an official order to be made, your Member ID status will need to be accompanied by the following: 

  • Company Purchase Order, with information regarding billing procedures.  
  • If your company is tax exempt, your state tax exempt letter will be required.  


VEHICLES ARE RELEASED ONCE FULLY FUNDED.

How will I know my vehicle order has been placed?

An official order will have a documentation process that is easy, and clarifying so that you know you're getting the vehicle you ordered to spec.

What are the fees?

There are certain minimum documentation fees that accompany every sales order:

  • Doc fee = $347.26
  • Electronic file fee = $35
  • Driveaway tag = $27
  • Transportation to your location - (please inquire)
  • State taxes - varies by state of registration (please inquire for your state tax rate)

How do I register my new vehicle?

Once funded, our office sends out the official processed sale documents to your office. You can then proceed to the local registrar in your area to obtain hard plates.
